THE CLINIC
Our modern, light, inviting examination rooms provide a safe clean area for a variety of procedures. With Quattro equine flooring, wash down walls, lower level lighting and air conditioning, our vets can treat your horse safely and efficiently.
We have the facilities to stable horses on site who require more specialised care. Our large airy stables are fitted with Quattro rubber mating and half height cushioned walls with washable walls above. Each stable has its own CCTV camera, fan and heater as well as provisions for fluid therapy. We use Bedmax shavings and horses are given a large comfy dust free bed. Each stable is completely emptied on use and thoroughly disinfected, this also applies to day stables. We keep a variety of feed on site to suit each horse as well as hay and haylage. Each horse is allocated its own rug rack and grooming kit. Horses are monitored according to their needs which includes throughout the night and weekends.
We have the provisions in place to isolate your horse should it fall into one of the following categories
Patients in out isolation area are segregated from other horses, but still received the same amount of care and compassion from our team. Your horse is allocated a smaller team who will tend to that horse wearing the required personal protective equipment to ensure maximum high biosecurity standards are kept. Our isolation stabling is of exactly thew same high standards as our normal in-patient stables. It may not always be possible for you to visit your horse in our isolation area, but this will be assessed on a case by case basis.

Our clinic is equipped with Monarch Equine Stocks enabling the safe examination of reproductive mares with sufficient space for a foal at foot. Our stocks are also used for dental procedures and standing surgery.
We have a custom built equine operating theatre enabling us to perform surgery under general anaesthesia. Our state-of-the-art padded haico operating table provides optimal operating comfort for our patients.
